Cook / Chef required Highgate Inn Hundleton Pembroke Pembrokeshire.
Salary to be discussed, Beautiful but quiet location, ideal for someone who likes walking along the beach, going fishing, windsurfing and enjoys the countryside , accommodation is available if required.
We are looking for an calm mannered and reliable chef with a fresh food background. Confident on all sections looking to step up. There is a team of 4 in the kitchen, with up to 60 covers.
Job duties Chef: • Oversee kitchen staff. • Delivering the food concept to excellent standards. • All aspects of food stock control including ordering, taking deliveries, stock taking, and control of wastage.
• Work across all sections in the kitchen. What we need from you: • Have an excellent knowledge of current food trends.
• Experience in menu planning and food costing. • Have a fresh food background. • Calm mannered. • Up to date with health and safety, dietary requirements and allergens.
• Have excellent time keeping, personal and man management skills
